I was looking for my first customers. I study the German language in a department located in the Arts Faculty of Delhi University. There is a lot of open space in the Arts Faculty, and many students can be seen sitting in these spaces. I approached many of them, but nobody was interested in buying my books. Most of them said that they don’t read books, so I that made me realise that I have to figure out a better way to target customers.
I finally found some buyers. They were in my classroom, I had 5 books, and I managed to sell 4 of them.
I made ₹200 in revenue, subtracting my capital expenditure of ₹100 and travel expenses of ₹54, I made ₹ 46 in profits.
I now have a little more capital to stock up.
